My Background:

As a long time hiker and bike rider, massage has been a go-to tool to help manage pain and tension in my body. It was so effective for me, I decided to become a professional bodyworker to share the magic and effectiveness of massage with others. In 2021 I trained at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon, and developed a passion for massage to help relieve pain and ground the nervous system.

Using a mix of specialized training, my goal is to provide a means of gaining holistic and lasting health. By listening to your body, I work to provide a safe and effective massage experience.

My Style:

My style has been described as a steamroller for the muscles. I provide deep, slow, and appropriate pressure to release muscular tension, reduce pain, and increase range of motion.
