All new clients must complete a health intake and waiver online prior to their first appointment. If you don’t receive one or can’t locate it, please email a request for a duplicate. Completion at least 24 hours in advance is appreciated.
You are required to give 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Full payment will be applied to all no-shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours advanced notice), and will be made with the card on file. Clients who exhibit repeated cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or no-shows (3 or more in a row) will be required to pay in advance for future bookings. In rare instances, you may be ill or have an emergency. Please contact me and the fee may be waived.
Please be sure to show up to your appointment on time. If you arrive late to the scheduled appointment time, your session may be shortened to accommodate other appointments.
The massage therapy being provided is intended solely for therapeutic purposes. Any advance or inquiry of a sexual or sensual nature will result in immediate termination of the session and the full cost of the appointment will be applied to your card on file. You will not be allowed to make appointments in the future – no exceptions.
